We are pleased to take this opportunity to introduce to you our complete line of custom engineered, atmosphere controlled (Belt) conveyorized furnaces and batch furnaces, perfect for electronics annealing, hardening, brazing, soldering, and hot bonding. This furnace web site is a brief outline and only typifies the kind of equipment possible within our engineering and manufacturing capabilities. A complete reference guide would be almost impossible since in most cases each furnace is custom engineered to meet your specific electronics automotive or jewelry needs.

Each belt furnace is completely "packaged" to be unitized to facilitate proper operation. The belt furnace comes to you completely finished, painted and dressed to economize on plant floor space requirements.

Temperature controls may be selected by the customer, otherwise solid state electronic on-off proportioning or current proportioning devices will be used. Recording instruments and positive lock-out, over temperature controllers are optional. Power controllers as desired may be proportioning valves, on-off contractors, saturable core reactors, or silicon control rectifiers (Triacs). Atmospheres may be provided by the customer or "built-in", with all necessary controls by S. M. Engineering Co., Inc.
