The dissociator produces an atmosphere from bottle ammonia which is used in the furnace to produce an oxygen free atmosphere which eliminates the need to polish parts after they come out of the furnace.

We offer various sizes and capabilities on our dissociators ranging from our smallest l00 CF/H to our largest l000 CF/H.

The most up-to-date safety systems are incorporated on all of our dissociators.
Note* All SM Engineering furnaces are equipped with dissociators unless specifically indicated by the customer that it is not required. We build separate dissociators with their own control panels to run multiple furnaces. These dissociators also have proper safety systems.

Power Sources of Heat
Our dissociators are built in the same manner as our furnaces, using the same element materials, tiles, voltages and electrical configurations.
